Randi Gerson has built a solid career in real estate development. With over 30 years of development, design, and construction experience, she has worked on some of the most complex developments in the Bay Area. Her deep understanding of the industry has resulted in identifying and solving complex challenges.

Working with a variety of stakeholders—often with conflicting agendas—is a skill she has honed over the years. She has been able to build coalitions with community, government authorities, local businesses, and real estate developers.

As a strategic thinker, she envisions the impacts of decisions many steps down the path. She advances innovation while also understanding the importance and practicality of getting things done.

Her background as a licensed architect and soup-to-nuts experience in the real estate development process—from financing, entitlements, and outreach strategy to design and construction—are valuable to any project, at any scale.

Comprehensive experience

Randi has worked on some of the most complex projects in the Bay Area. Her experience ranges from managing the vertical development of large masterplan communities, individual mixed-use projects, affordable housing, to writing design guidelines for master-planned communities, strategic planning and implementation for real estate growth.
