Candlestick Point

Held lead role in all aspects of the residential developments for the Bay Area’s largest, most complex, strategic master plan communities: Candlestick Park, SF Shipyard, and Treasure Island.  Involved with several key development activities, such as deal structure, site/asset sale, underwriting, land planning, design, construction, financing, and relationship with outside organizations.

• Oversaw the first phase of residential development – 1500 new apartments and condominiums from concept through Design Development
• Facilitated the visioning process and developed community design guidelines for the new mixed-use community.
• Assess finances of the entire residential portfolio and provide recommendations about programs, concepts, and schedules for residential planning
• Supervised all aspects of project development including concept studies, development of financial proformas, and managing the public approval process
