Responsible for all aspects of complex 5 million square foot mixed-use development in Santa Clara CA. Built and led a multi-faceted team through entitlements, financing, placemaking, community outreach, marketing, and design.

• Built and created a new real estate development division in the Bay Area
• Responsible for overall coordination of development with executive leadership in China
• Led the entitlements planning, budget, design, and construction of mixed-use project which includes office, residential, retail, open space, and community benefits
• Developed and maintains stakeholder relationships and public approval process
