SF Shipyard

Held lead role in all aspects of the residential developments for the Bay Area’s largest, most complex, strategic master plan communities: Candlestick Park, SF Shipyard, and Treasure Island. Involved with several key development activities, such as deal structure, site/asset sale, underwriting, land planning, design, construction, financing, and relationship with outside organizations.

• Assess finances of entire residential portfolio and provide recommendations about programs, concepts, and schedules for residential planning
• Facilitated the development of design guidelines for the Shipyard Phase 2
• Supervised development managers
• Supervised all aspects of project development including concept studies, development of financial proformas, and managing the public approval process
